On November 6, 2025, the Auditorium of the IRIS building was dressed for the future to celebrate a new edition of the Santalucía Impulsa INNDAY, the annual meeting which brings together startups, universities and employees of the Santalucía Group.
Under the motto “Pass and Create”, the event once again demonstrated that innovation is not a discourse, but a shared energy that drives people, transforms processes and projects the Group into tomorrow.
A morning to connect and inspire
The day began with an open and dynamic space in which the corridors of the IRIS building were filled with living ideas. The projects that would be presented in the afternoon had their own stands, where the teams were able to share their proposals with the Group's employees, answer questions and generate spontaneous conversations that further enriched their initiatives.
In addition, attendees were able to enjoy experiential stands, designed to approach innovation in a tangible and emotional way, and to participate in solidarity actions that connected the purpose of the event with social commitment. It was a morning to discover, to be surprised and to feel that innovation can also be close, human and transformative.
A team that drives change
The Innovation Area of Santalucía Impulsa has been the driving force behind this edition, accompanying, training and guiding all participants along their journey.
His involvement and leadership were key to turning INNDAY into a transformative experience.
They are the engine that inspires, accompanies and guides every innovation initiative within the Group, demonstrating that the most profound transformations begin with people.

An Evening to Present, Inspire and Celebrate
The second part of INNDAY 2025 transformed the Auditorium of the IRIS building into a stage of courageous ideas and shared talent. The finalist projects of Universities, Startups and Employees were presented in an agile and participatory format: each team had 7 minutes to state your proposal, followed by 3 minutes of questions on the part of the jury.
The diversity of approaches, disciplines and experiences once again demonstrated that innovation does not have a single form, but has the same purpose: to improve people's lives through collective commitment.
The session was led by Ángel Uzquiza, Director of Corporate Innovation at Santalucía, who recalled that the real engine of the program is its ability to unite different worlds around a shared vision.
In addition, between each block of presentations, attendees enjoyed the magic in its purest form thanks to Magic Jano, an illusionist and communicator, who surprised the public with interventions full of creativity, humor and participation. With his show, Jano managed to connect with the essence of the event: to make the invisible visible, to demonstrate that the extraordinary happens when talent, emotion and purpose are combined.
