Share:

INNDAY 2026 brought together university students, intrapreneurs, and startups on October 29 for a day dedicated to sharing ideas, presenting projects, and recognizing innovative talent. Under the theme "Creative Tension: The Power of Innovation," the Santalucía Impulsa event celebrated a new edition with Hogarea, GoHogar, and Hermet as winners in their respective categories.

On October 29, we held a new edition of INNDAY, one of the most special events from Santalucía Impulsa, where university students, Santalucía Group employees, and startups shared the stage to present the solutions they have developed over the past few months.

The day was defined by creative tension, the concept chosen for this edition, which highlights the ability to combine different perspectives, challenge ideas, and find new ways to address the challenges around us.

An event to share the work accomplished, recognize the effort of all participants, and discover the winning projects of INNDAY 2026.

Creative tension: the power of innovation

Innovation advances when ideas meet, are questioned, and evolve. That was the premise of INNDAY 2026, an edition that turned creative tension into the central theme of the day and a representation of the value of thinking differently.

During the opening, Ángel Uzquiza, Director of Innovation at Santalucía Group, explained how this concept connects creative thinking with critical thinking to develop solid, well-founded value propositions.

"Creative tension combines creative thinking with critical thinking to build solid, well-founded value propositions. It is what helps us move forward and what all of you participants here today have practiced. You are the protagonists, and this event is for you."

Throughout the day, university students, intrapreneurs, and startups demonstrated how different experiences and ways of understanding innovation can provide solutions to real needs.

This is how we experienced INNDAY 2026

After months of work, learning, and project development, the participating teams gathered to share their proposals and reveal the results of this edition. Following the success ofINNDAY 2025, Santalucía Impulsa once again brought together university students, startups, and intrapreneurs for a day dedicated to recognizing talent and new ideas.

Santalucía Impulsa Universities, Santalucía Impulsa Startups, and Santalucía Impulsa Employees were the three main pillars of the event, representing different approaches to innovation: from the new university generations and the entrepreneurial ecosystem to the internal talent of the Santalucía Group.

Each brought their own perspective and showed how an idea can evolve into a solution with the potential to address the challenges faced by people and society.

The day concluded with the awards ceremony, where the work of the winning teams was recognized and the commitment of all participants was celebrated.
